At Signature Homes, we want you to love every piece of your living space; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to maintain the integrity of our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
